In 2004, I was a busy public company CEO from from Northeast Pennsylvania who was building a summer home on Tellico Lake. Colin made a special trip into the shop over his Christmas Holidays to accommodate my holiday travel schedule. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quite responsive to get answers to all of my outstanding questions. Since that time, I have purchased 2 Seadoo waverunners and a MasterCraft Ski boat from Colin. Post purchase, Colin has continued to be my go to guy for all questions. If I ever trade-in or upgrade boats in the future, Colin will be my go to guy again!

I enjoyed my initial sales experience at Travis with Colin Daley, and the 4+ years that I have continued the relationship.  When I first went shopping for a boat, I was someone discouraged by the “used” car sales experience at other boat dealers.  When I “stumbled” upon Travis I was thrilled.  My experience was a positive one from the start, and has continued that way since.   It’s great to have the dealership right on the water.  That advantage coupled with great the sales staff, like Colin and service staff that always goes above the call of duty makes any experience with Travis a positive one. .   In the few cases when I have self inflicted damage on my boat (keep an eye out for submerged logs!) the service team always pulled through and were able to get my boat and running in no time.  My entire family loves boating, and loves Travis Marine.  We occasionally stop in just to see what new wakeboard and wake surfing products have come in….not to mention some ogling of the next boat (bigger!) we plan to buy someday.

We purchased our Sea Doos and our 39 foot Cruisers Yacht at Travis Marine.  Colin was so helpful with each purchase that we always asked for him. He Could answer most of our questions, and if he didn't know the answer, he Quickly sought them and called us back. We have recommended him to our friends who in turn made purchases and had the same professional and warm treatment from him.

I recently bought  a used boat at Travis and I wanted to relate how satisfied I am with my experience.  Although I only bought a small boat I was given all the attention and help as if it were a yacht.  Virtually all the people I came in contact with from reception, sales, parts, and service were professional.  I want to however reap some extra praise on Adrian Clairin.  He “Nurtured” my purchase to perfection and worked to get all my questions answered and issues resolved in a very calm and reassuring manner. Adrian is a credit to your organization and I WILL be recommending Travis and Adrian to the people in Tellico Village

I just wanted to let you know that I picked our boat up this past weekend after having the warranty work done on it, and it looks great!  Rachel and your service department did an exceptional job, and I really appreciate all the hard work they put into it.  Please extend our thanks to everyone who worked on it.  We appreciate the effort
